MAT 2020 – All India Management Association (AIMA) has postponed the conduct of Management Aptitude Test (MAT 2020) from May to June. More than 600 B-school including Sunstone Eduversity accept MAT score for admission to MBA, PGDM and other post-graduate management courses. The candidates interested in pursuing a management course in 2020 must appear for MAT. The interested students can apply for MAT 2020 in online mode only by visiting either the official website, mat.aima.in or accessing the direct link given below. The registration for MAT June 2020 are going on and the last date to apply for the computer-based test is 15 June and for paper-based test, it is 7 June 2020.
May June: All You Need to Know
MAT is a national-level management entrance exam supported by India’s Ministry of HRD. The exam is conducted four times in a year, in the months of February, May, September and December. The aspirants planning to sit for the MAT 2020 can choose the mode of examination – they can either take the computer-based test (CBT) or paper-based test (PBT) or can also appear for both the modes.

MAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Once you have decided on appearing for the exam, you need to check the eligibility. Though the criteria for all programs is almost the same, it is always better to be sure about the eligibility and check for any changes. Let us take a look at the eligibility of the MAT 2020 exam:
|Nationality||Both Indian and International candidates can apply for MAT Exam 2020.|
|Age||There is no specified age limit to give the exam.|
|Job Experience||It is not mandatory for candidates applying for the MAT 2020 to have job experience.|
|Educational Qualification||Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply for MAT Exam 2020. Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation also are eligible to apply.|
|Minimum percentage Requirement||Every program and Institutions have their required minimum graduation percentage that a graduate needs to be eligible for the program. This minimum graduation percentage will vary with every MBA institute, so make sure you cross-check the individual requirements from the official website of the institute.|
MAT June 2020 Registration
You can apply for the MAT 2020 online on the official AIMA site. Even though the exam is conducted in both online and offline modes, candidates can ONLY apply online on the official AIMA website for the MAT 2020.
How to apply for MAT?
- Access the AIMA MAT June registration window below.
- Click the tab that says ‘ Fresh candidate? create login’.
- Fill in the DoB and other personal details.
- Enter the verification code sent on your phone.
- Click ‘Submit’ tab.
- A confirmation has been sent to your email ID.
- Click ‘Proceed to Login’.
- Now that you have successfully registered, click on ‘Fill application’.
- Upload the required documents and personal information.
- Pay the application fee through online mode only.
- Click on the tab ‘ view application’ to do a thorough preview of your application form.
- Take a print out of the application form.

- The applicants must check their application status after the completion of the application process.
- Also, they should cross-check MAT exam mode, i.e. have you opted for the correct option of Paper-Based Test and Computer Based Test or both.
MAT Application Fees
The application fee for both (PBT and CBT) MAT exam 2020 is mentioned below:

Mode of Payment: The application fee of MAT 2020 can be paid in online mode via debit card, credit card or net banking.
MAT 2020 Admit Card
AIMA generates individual and specific admit cards for both the Computer-based testa and the paper-based test. The admit card for the computer-based test will be available from 17th June and for the paper-based test on 09th June. The admit cards will be available from 4 pm on the specified dates. The candidates appearing for June Management Aptitude Test (MAT) must visit the official website – mat.aima.in to download and print their hall ticket. The candidates will have to enter any of the two details – date of birth, application form number, and email id for downloading the MAT 2020 June admit card.

MAT Exam Pattern 2020
As stated above, the AIMA MAT is conducted in two modes, computer-based and paper-based. Check the table below for more details on the MAT paper pattern.

|Mathematical skills||This section mostly includes questions from the topics time and work, percentage, simple & compound interest, profit and loss, number system, trigonometry, height and distance, LCM and HCF, ratio proportions, clock calendars, time, speed and distance, etc.|
|Intelligence and critical reasoning||Logical reasoning will be based on topics like course of actions, family trees, blood relations, numeric grid, pie charts, multi-dimensional arrangement, syllogism, column graph, visual reasoning, etc.|
|Indian and Global environment:||These questions will be based on the current affairs, latest news and general knowledge that the candidate has.|
|Data Analysis and Sufficiency||The important topics to study in this section are data sufficiency, Venn diagrams, charts, etc. This tests the candidate on the data interpretation skills he/she has practised.|
|Language Comprehension||This section has questions from topics from the English language like grammar, synonyms, reading comprehension, sentence completion and corrections, fill in the blanks, word substitution, etc.|
MAT Result 2020
MAT June results are expected to be announced by 31st June 2020. AIMA will upload the result of MAT exam 2020 on the official website in the form of a scorecard. The students can visit the website and download it by logging into their respective student account. The MAT scorecard 2020 will not be sent via post or email. The result will be cumulative of the marks scored in all the 5 sections with 40 questions each, making a total of 200 questions. These sections are Language and Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Indian and Global Environment.
