ATMA Result 2021 – Marking Scheme, Cut Off & Analysis

The ATMA exam for July 2021 will be conducted on July 25, 2021, and the results will be announced on July 30, 2021.

Candidates who appear for the ATMA exam online will be able to download their ATMA results from the official website of ATMA AIMS. They need to log in to the website using their PID (Personal Identification Number) and password. The results will be announced by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).

On the basis of the ATMA scorecard, admission will be offered to candidates in various management institutions that accept the scores of ATMA for their MBA/PGDM and MCA programs. The ATMA result scores are valid for admission for the academic year 2021-23.

You can check your ATMA result by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website of ATMA AIMS
  2. Click on the tab that says ‘Candidate Login
  3. Select the exam date
  4. Enter details such as PID and password
  5. Click ‘Login

Once you click the login button, the ATMA scorecard will be displayed on the screen which you can download and finally take a printout of the same.

The following are the details that will be mentioned on your ATMA result scorecard:

  • Your name
  • Test date
  • Roll number
  • Section-wise scaled score and percentile
  • Total scaled score and overall percentile
  • Result validation key
  • Valid admission year

Calculating your ATMA Result

Your ATMA score is determined on the basis of correct answers marked by you in the ATMA exam. For every correct answer, you will be awarded one mark. For an incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from your total score. This means that for four incorrect answers, one mark is deducted from the total score. Your raw score is scaled with reference to the total number of candidates appearing in the exam.

ATMA Marking Scheme

According to the ATMA exam pattern, the marking scheme is as follows:

  • For every correct answer, you will be awarded 1 mark.
  • For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
  • The total marks of the paper is 180.

ATMA Cut-Off

The ATMA cut-off, which is released after the ATMA result depends on numerous factors. The main factors are listed below:

  • Marking scheme of the exam
  • The difficulty level
  • Number of students appearing for the exam
  • Seats offered by the participating institutes
  • Previous years’ cut-off scores
  • Reservation policy of institutes
  • Lowest and average marks scored by the candidates in the exam

How do I check my ATMA results?

What should I do after receiving my ATMA result?

If you have cleared the management entrance exam, you are eligible for admission to the various MBA colleges across India. Successful candidates are called by ATMA participating colleges for counseling/GD/ PI. ATMA scores are valid for admission to more than 200 management schools across India and abroad. You can choose five institutes while filling ATMA application form 2021.
If you want to send your scores to more institutes, you need to write to the ATMA AIMS office mentioning the management institutes to which you want to send the same. For every institute, you need to pay Rs 100. You should apply directly to the various institutions within their admission deadlines.

What is PID in the ATMA form?

On successful payment of the registration fee, you will receive a Personal Identification Number (PID) on your registered email address and mobile number through an SMS.
The PID will work as the login ID for your ATMA exam.

Can I appear for ATMA more than once?

The ATMA exam is held 4 times a year. You can appear more than once and the score of the last exam attempted would be considered for admissions.
